FoxLift

FoxLift was a senior capstone project that involved developing a ridesharing app for use by Marist Students with a team of five. This app was developed using React Native, ExpoGo, Google Places API, NodeJS, and MySQL.

I focused on the frontend design as well as the implementation of signing in using Google authentication and the chat/messaging screen. I learned a lot regarding mobile app development and frontend development.

Outside of the technical aspects I also learned teamwork and communication skills since I had to work directly with my group member that handled the backend of the app.

Below you can check out the GitHub repository for this app as well as a link to my repository that shows video demos of the app:

brOS

Using knowledge of Operating Systems, we were tasked to create my own browser-based Operating System using TypeScript. This included creating shell commands, adding the ability to load and execute multiple user programs using 6502 op codes, and implementing a local file system.

Below you can use brOS or check out the GitHub repository:

Most Recent Project (In Progress)

My most recent project has been Highlight of the Day.

This social media/journaling app inspired by TheSlap from the Nickelodeon show Victorious. Users will share an important event, or highlight, that occured each day while including how they are feeling under it (such as"Happy"). This allows users to display emotions in an easy and healthy way.

This app is being created using the MERN stack, a web development framework made up of the stack of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Nodejs.
